Many of us try to "fake it till we make it," feeling as though we can figure things out on our own. But, there comes a point when our strategies for navigating life's challenges reach their limits and we feel stuck. It takes courage and a leap of faith to ask for help when we reach that point. Therapy can teach us new strategies to find a new way forward.

 

Anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem can make it difficult or impossible to connect with others, show up authentically, pursue your goals and dreams, and can weigh heavily on your heart and mind. To move forward, I will teach you new coping skills to manage day-to-day stresses. We will also look into past experiences to find meaning and healing. I look forward to helping you access your own abilities to create healing and peace in your life.
