One of the biggest obstacles to finding the right therapist is sorting through hundreds, if not thousands, of providers in your area. You ask your family. You ask your friends. You ask your doctor. You ask your insurance provider. And on, and on, and on …
We understand that you’ve gone through a lot to find us but we’re glad you're here. We hope this will be your last stop, so that we can get started on helping you deal with life's challenges. But if it’s not, that’s okay. Without goodness of fit, opportunity for healing is significantly decreased. After all, these are difficult times and being vulnerable is not easy.
At Kanaan Therapy and Behavioral Health Services, we aim to provide a supportive and comfortable environment that’s free from judgment and fosters healing and growth. That doesn’t mean you won’t be challenged. You will be. Change involves work, and we would be privileged to do that work with you.

Paula: Tuesday & Thursday by video | 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday in-person | 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Every other Saturday in-person or by video | 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Tim: Tuesdays & Thursday in-person or by video | 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
